You download the zip pack and load the .abr file into Photoshop. You sorta just apply them as stamps I guess you could say.

I'm sorry, I don't know what that is =/. If all else fails you can take the image pack and make them into brushes manually. There's tutorials here on DA that can help you do that. Best of luck!
