This is a very old sketch, one that I did maybe a year ago. The only reason I'm submitting it is because I, myself, am impressed with how dumb it looks haha XD. This just screams frilly princess pony. Though additionally, I was also using this as lineart practice, since I'm working with various ways to create smoother lineart.

But yeah, have fun with it. Color it, give it sparkles, rainbow-tize it. Heck use it for a serious horse/pony-sona character if you want to. Just show me the results, I'm eager to see what you folks can do with this foo foo frillyness.
